職位描述
Job Description:
1.Decide the sales strategy and policy.
2.Manage well the current major accounts and win the new major accounts aggressively.
3.Introduce good solution well to the key major accounts.
4.Achieve the company target.
5.Manage and optimize the sales team.
6.Maintain and set up good relationship with the key principals.
7.Coordinate well with the technical and marketing team to provide the best proposal to the key customers.
Job Requirement:
1.More than 10 years sales director or sales manager experiences within the manufacturing industry, more than 5 years management experiences.
2.Abundant MFG, logistics and other related industry business experiences and solution knowledge, very good customers relationship.
3.Good coordination abilities and can always get along with others.
4.Good relationship with the key principals.
5.Abundant communication and negotiation skills, independent breakthrough abilities.
6.Decide aggressive sales target and can always work well under high pressure.
7.Computer, information or communication related graduates no less than bachelor degree.
8.Travel is required.
9.Strong management capabilities to manage the sales team.
