職責(zé)描述:
1. Take charge of New Hire Orientation Program, including training implementation, deck updating, instructor dispatching
2. Be responsible for online learning accounts management
3. Be responsible for L&D reports and LH application
4. Work with Function lead on internal trainer management
5. Maintain training system, update training data, record assessment results and evaluation data
6. Other tasks assigned by superior
任職要求:
1. Minimum 2 years working experience in HR or 2 years working experience in training function
2. High degree of proficiency in MS Office and Internet applications
3. Bachelor degree or above
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Creative, detail-oriented and responsible
6. Familiar with training function work and related HR Tools
7. Good presenter and team player.
8. Good command of English both in speaking and writing
9. Be able to work independently and under pressure.
