崗位職責(zé):
· Screen and download CVs
· Make phone calls to candidates and invite them for interviews
· Communicate with HR and senior managers, and arrange interviews according to their schedule
· Book meeting rooms via online system
· Generate a bi-weekly report on the recruitment progress
· Assist with other recruitment activities
· Other HR-related tasks
· 篩選并下載簡(jiǎn)歷·
· 與應(yīng)聘者進(jìn)行面試邀請(qǐng)
· 根據(jù)管理層時(shí)間安排面試
· 線上預(yù)訂面試間
· 制作招聘進(jìn)度周報(bào)
· 協(xié)助其他招聘活動(dòng)
· 其他人事相關(guān)的工作
任職要求:
· Good command of oral and written in English and Chinese.
· A team player who is detail-oriented, flexible and quick to learn, and also has with good communication skills.
· Good computer skills
· HRM intern experience is a plus, but not a must
· 流利的中英文書(shū)寫(xiě)與表達(dá)能力
· 良好的溝通能力,注重細(xì)節(jié),靈活思維,有團(tuán)體意識(shí)
· 良好的計(jì)算機(jī)能力
· 有人力資源相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先
