Overview:
MCON China Ltd. is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our fast track dynamic team in Beijing. Your tasks and responsibilities will be in the areas of Public Cloud Managed Services, executing tasks like Business Development, Key-Account-Management, Project Initiation and Requirement Gathering/Analysis, Project management tasks like steering the project team, monitoring of milestones, ensuring quality and time is met. The main cloud platforms will be Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure and Alibaba Cloud, main customer focus will be multinational enterprises.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for presales/business development: assessment of briefings and, if necessary, refinement based on your own suppositions, preparation of effort estimates, drafting of proposals.
2. Advising clients (all levels of business and their management levels) and team members in regards to Cloud strategy and Cloud approach according to customer’s requirements.
3. Following-up on outstanding technical questions with the Technical Project Manager
4. Identifies potential risks to the completion of projects, including resources, costs, and systems. Recommends appropriate solutions.
5. Closely working together with CMO and Managing Director, supporting beside Business Development and Projects, also in areas of company-wide topics, and even global/cross-country topics.
6. Helping to successfully reach the vision of an international company, further innovation through partners, and extending our own products with e.g. an own digital department.
7. Builds and maintains relationships with customers primarily in technical team, and non-technical key-accounts
8. Key account management for customer cloud & hosting projects
9. Build and develop Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure and Alibaba Cloud partnerships in China and business development for customer opportunities in cloud areas
10. Writing proposals, presentations and creating quotations for new business leads and project opportunities
11. Responsible for successful, on-time delivery of the company and customer’s projects
12. Is proactive in the identification and resolution of issues that may negatively impact a project or project deliverable documents/ communicates status and escalates as appropriate
13. Manage customer satisfaction and customer quality requirements and issues
Requirements:
1. At least 5 year’s CRM related experience.
2. With a vast background in the CRM field throughout different industries, have the experience and ability to identify CRM related business requirements in new industries
3. Highly customer oriented by providing excellent customer service and solution
4. Ability to liaise with senior management within both CRM Factory and client companies in a professional manner.
5. Willingness to work in a matrix environment and value the importance of teamwork.
6. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills also in English.
