Role & Responsibility:
As Senior ETL Developer, the person should be responsible for:
? Responsible for the design, development, and support of ETL applications for BI group
? Assist with data analysis
? Providing guidance and direction to Onsite/Offshore ETL support/development resources
? Interacting with other BI team members, offshore team members, and cross-IT staff on support and project activities
? Assist with task identification and effort estimates for ETL development
? Assist with risk and issue identification
? Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
? 4 year degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline, or equivalent on-the-job experience
? At least 7 years of relevant work experience
? At least 4 years of ETL application development experience with excellent ETL development skills utilizing an ETL tool (i.e. SSIS, C#, etc.)
? At least 2 years of ETL design experience with strong ETL design skills
? At least 2 years of scrum master experience
? Experience leading other developers
? Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English
? Strong problem solving and analytical skills
? Excellent SQL skills
? Strong understanding of Dimensional Modeling techniques
? Proficient in Microsoft Office
Preferred Skills and Experience:
? MS SSIS experience
? MS SQL Server database experience
? Experience leading offshore resources
? ITIL certification
