Job Description
-Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting effective market research.
-Innovate along with leading automotive companies to shape the future of digital offerings to provide a best customer and user experience.
-Work with internal and external stakeholders to address key use cases and unmet needs.
-Gather and document detailed solution requirements and prioritize features based on customer needs and expectations.
-Integrate market research, usability studies, and product benchmarking results into the product requirements to ensure products are fully competitive and satisfy customer needs.
-Make product development plan and milestones by working closely with delivery team.
-Manage the product life cycle from strategic planning to prototype implementation.
-Provide advises on product release strategy and continuous improvement.
-Establish and manage the agile development process, quality control of overall development
focus on building minimum viable products with early stage user testing in an agile and fast environment.
-Ensure the product usability and functionalities with lean frontend navigation and a beautiful user interface.
-Coordinate internal & external resources to achieve final product delivery.
-Collaborate on projects and opportunities with global and local teams.
-Engage and develop relationships with a variety of stakeholders from a variety of backgrounds.
Skill Requirements
5+ years working experience in mobile / internet product management applying user-centric design thinking.
-Deep empathy in automotive industry and mobility platform development.
-Strong interest in enhancing automotive customer experience with the using of new technologies.
-Knowledge of automotive processes and the challenges is a plus.
-Good business sense and thinking in new business models and disruptive ideas, capability to deliver products from ideas / concepts.
-Experience and passion in building mobile solutions with strong intrinsic motivation and immediate added value.
-Approved experience of product development process and agile development with presentable material submitted.
-Skilled at defining, validating and prioritizing product features.
-Skilled at product concept development and product presentation.
-Experienced with guiding and synthesizing user research and testing.
-Ability to work collaboratively with others and navigate complex decision making.
-Ability to collaborate well with developers, designers, IT technicians and stakeholders.
-Strong leadership and communication skills.
-Strong pre-sales experience.
-Background in design or software development a plus, basic technical understanding is a must.
-Able to work in a fast moving and growing environment.
-Strong command of English and Mandarin language (both verbal and written).
