General Description:
Key Account Manager is responsible for achieving the individual and department revenue target by maintaining good relationship with key clients, selling the security solutions to the existing key accounts, and coordinating the projects implementation in various countries
Main Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-term partner relationship with our Key Clients, and provide our security solutions to them.
- Manage and deliver the projects according to schedule, budget, targets, client satisfaction, and internal installation standards of the company.
- Achieve individual and group targets through continuous improvement in work effectiveness, efficiency and team work.
- Manage international project and coordinate internally with related functional departments.
- Manage the project team and sub-contractors
- Prepare the system design, project schedule, budget review, sales order, and kick off meetings.
- Generate the project documentation. Over view system, equipment list, function list, engineering package, site diagrams & photographs etc.
- Join in site meetings and coordination. Deliver the meeting minutes and coordinate with client, vendors and general contractors, and sub-contractors.
- Trouble shooting and problem solving.
- Conduct internal Handovers (IHO) and Handovers (HO) with clients.
- Be proficient in security solutions and related technology.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above.
- Minimum 4 years work experience.
- Experience in Customer Service, BD, Sales or project management role, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Work experience in related industries of security, Engineering, Low-voltage electronics, IT software & hardware, telecommunications, etc.
- Expatriates or Chinese with work or life experience in oversea is preferred.
- Fluent English and Chinese.
- Excellent project management, organization, planning and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical skills, detail oriented with proven multi-tasking ability.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills; good team player.
- Ability to manage small teams.
