工作職責(zé)/Job Description:
- 實(shí)施營銷戰(zhàn)略與解決方案,提升企業(yè)經(jīng)營業(yè)績
- 計(jì)劃并監(jiān)控管理銷售業(yè)績,達(dá)成銷售目標(biāo)
- 挖掘并響應(yīng)客戶潛在需求,維護(hù)良好客戶關(guān)系
- 為客戶提供產(chǎn)品與服務(wù)的相關(guān)建議,幫助客戶達(dá)成業(yè)績目標(biāo)
- 技術(shù)及商業(yè)談判,促進(jìn)雙方就銷售合同達(dá)成一致
- 完成預(yù)定服務(wù)指標(biāo),涉及交付、查詢、投訴、售后服務(wù)。與客戶保持聯(lián)絡(luò),監(jiān)控每位銷售人員以及整體的客戶滿意度,必要時(shí)提供適當(dāng)?shù)难a(bǔ)救措施
- 維護(hù)管理已接收銷售建議書的客戶,及時(shí)了解并解決客戶需求和問題,以達(dá)成銷售合同的最終簽署
任職要求:
- 本科以上學(xué)歷或同等級以上專業(yè)資格證書
- 金融支付解決方案相關(guān)領(lǐng)域資深經(jīng)驗(yàn)
- 3-5年以上銷售經(jīng)歷背景
- 高度職業(yè)化,能妥善協(xié)調(diào)處理內(nèi)外部關(guān)系
- 責(zé)任心強(qiáng),適應(yīng)能力強(qiáng),具備相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的行業(yè)認(rèn)證
- 良好的人際交往和團(tuán)隊(duì)管理技巧
- 良好管理能力的業(yè)務(wù)能力
- 能夠準(zhǔn)確把握客戶需求,維護(hù)良好客戶關(guān)系
- 善于處理工作壓力及危機(jī)
