Level 3 Support for Linux
?Automation of tasks using scripting languages as bash/python/perl/ruby
?Resolve escalations from L1.5 Support team or other teams on support of Linux Servers
?DNS Administration
?LDAP Administration
?RSA|PAM Administration
?Install/Uninstall Packages and dependencies
?SSL Administration
?Interaction with other teams to solve a contingency(Storage, Networking, DBAs, Windows, Developers, et
?Decommission of a Server
?RCA for issues.
?Analysis and Troubleshooting of OS services
?Understanding of stats in a server(load/cpu/memory/io/etc)
崗位職責(zé):
Mandatory
?Understanding of DNS, NIS, NFS, SSL, PXE boot
?Basic shell scripting knowledge (sh/csh/bash/perl)
?Good understanding of TCP/IP and OSI layer architecture
?Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
?Able to analyze and understand OS related issues.
?Ability to perform system monitoring via sar, vmstat, iostat, etc.
?Excellent written and verbal English level
?Excellent communication skills.
