職責(zé)描述：崗位職責(zé)ResponsibilitiesIntegrated in Decathlon teams, at the service of user satisfaction and with their collaboration, you are the technical pillar of the team:
●You are the leader in design and delivery applications (development, testing and production)
●You are responsible for the technical design to guarantee quality and performance (technological choices, design pattern, API First, ...). You challenge yourself every day to optimize it!
●Animate, train and support the developers in your project to win together
●Be the support of the product owner for the continuous integration of new features
●Cooperate with OPS resources for platform building
●Formulate technical design document
●Organize & animate technical resources in product releases, standardize release process. Ensure the optimization plan is well followed after each release close out.
Your technical environment:
Master the JAVA language and J2EE technologies
Full cloud architecture / scalable / API First
任職要求：1.Graduate from a computer engineering school, a university, from any other school or even from a school!
2.You are a confirmed developer much better than yesterday (5 years of experience minimum) but not as good as tomorrow: the day before and learning are part of your daily life.
3.Your projection and animation capabilities allow you to federate and convince
4.You like agility, SCRUM and KANBAN have no secrets for you!
5.You are dynamic and you have the spirit of initiative.
6.You know how to communicate and love to work with others ... even thousands of miles away!
7.Deep understanding of China digital ecosystem, with Decathlon business background or supply chain background is a plus!
8.You speak english fluently
9.You are passionate about sports!
