目標(biāo): 貫徹和執(zhí)行歐尚集團(tuán)總體人力資源政策;在中國區(qū)人力資源政策的指導(dǎo)下,負(fù)責(zé)制定商場的人力資源年度計劃及實施方案;具體負(fù)責(zé)商場人員的招聘、培訓(xùn),監(jiān)控人事費(fèi)用及人事行政事務(wù)的正常運(yùn)作;逐步提高商場的勞動生產(chǎn)效率;在保證本商場正常運(yùn)作的情況下,努力為歐尚在中國的發(fā)展輸送優(yōu)質(zhì)管理人才。

商業(yè)
1. 參與商業(yè)政策的制定和實施
2. 通過人力資源管理手段,協(xié)助各商業(yè)部門實現(xiàn)其營業(yè)目標(biāo)。
管理
1. 通曉國家和地方的勞動法規(guī),為店長及其他商場管理人員提供人事政策的咨詢和建議,確保商場遵守和執(zhí)行國家和地方有關(guān)的勞動人事法律政策。
2. 完善商場的內(nèi)部規(guī)定及員工守則,并確保其執(zhí)行。
3. 根據(jù)商場的經(jīng)營目標(biāo),制定和調(diào)整商場的組織結(jié)構(gòu)及人事結(jié)構(gòu)。
4. 制定商場年度人事費(fèi)用預(yù)算,最大限度地優(yōu)化人員費(fèi)用。
5. 負(fù)責(zé)年度工資調(diào)整計劃及實施。
6. 明確商場每個工作崗位的職責(zé)和任務(wù)。
7. 員工的工作評估,職業(yè)發(fā)展計劃
8. 探測和發(fā)掘內(nèi)部人員的潛能,做好內(nèi)部提升工作。
9. 營造良好的工作環(huán)境和氛圍,維護(hù)和完善企業(yè)文化。
10. 確保人事辦公室日常工作的準(zhǔn)確性、可靠性、及時性。
11. 負(fù)責(zé)完成并通過勞動部門對商場的年度檢查。
12. 配合內(nèi)外審計部門對人事相關(guān)帳目和工作程序進(jìn)行周期性核對清理。
招聘及培訓(xùn)
1. 負(fù)責(zé)員工的招聘計劃、程序及費(fèi)用預(yù)算
2. 負(fù)責(zé)招聘渠道的管理,并不斷開發(fā)新的招聘渠道,逐漸提高招聘質(zhì)量
3. 了解培訓(xùn)需要,制定培訓(xùn)計劃
4. 負(fù)責(zé)制定培訓(xùn)費(fèi)用預(yù)算,
5. 對培訓(xùn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行反饋、跟蹤和評估,并將情況及時反饋給總部培訓(xùn)部
6. 對招聘情況和培訓(xùn)情況進(jìn)行書面總結(jié)和匯報
內(nèi)外關(guān)系
1. 向商場各級經(jīng)理公布并解釋國家勞動法規(guī)及商場有關(guān)人事規(guī)定。
2. 定期與各處經(jīng)理溝通、協(xié)調(diào)有關(guān)人員結(jié)構(gòu)及人事費(fèi)用等情況。
3. 與部門經(jīng)理及員工保持良好的溝通,協(xié)助各處經(jīng)理解決和協(xié)調(diào)員工問題。
4. 對員工的要求和意見做出最快的反饋和答復(fù)。
5. 協(xié)助工會工作,確保工會能發(fā)揮其正確的作用。
6. 與勞動局、人事局、社保中心等勞動人事機(jī)構(gòu)保持良好的關(guān)系。
7. 與社區(qū)服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)保持良好的工作關(guān)系和溝通。
8. 與各招聘機(jī)構(gòu),如學(xué)校、人才市場等部門等緊密溝通,提高招聘效率。
9. 與公司各部門相互協(xié)調(diào)溝通,正確傳達(dá)相關(guān)人事信息,為商場人員提供各種資訊信息服務(wù)。

3. 具有至少兩年大型企業(yè)人力資源管理的成功經(jīng)驗
4. 有過一年以上3-5人團(tuán)隊管理經(jīng)驗

Objectives:To implement general HR policies of Auchan group; To draw annual store HR projects on the basis of Auchan China HR policies; Be responsible for the recruitment and training; To control personnel expenses and keep good daily operation of personnel administration; To improve the productivity of the store gradually; To serve as training nursery for Auchan further expansion in China in terms of human resources and management skills on the basis of appropriate daily operations of the store.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
COMMERCE
1. Participating in the establishment and implementation of commercial policies.
2. Assisting commercial sections to realize the business objective by means of HR management.
MANAGEMENT
1. Familiar with the labor law and regulations ;Providing consulting service and proposal concerning personnel policies to the managers; Ensuring the implementation of the HR laws and regulations issued by the State and local authorities as well as Auchan HR policies.
2. Ensuring the implementation of Auchan internal rules and Auchan staff handbook.
3. Making out and adjusting store organization and structure in line with the business goals accordingly.
4. Making the annual personnel expenses budget and optimizing personnel expenses.
5. Being responsible for the annual store salary review.
6. Ensuring fully understanding of the job description of each position.
7. Being responsible for performance appraisal and career development of the staff
8. Exploring the potentials of the staff and promoting internal promotion.
9. Promoting and maintaining an optimal working environment and working conditions, and promoting the culture and values of the Company
10. Ensuring the accuracy, reliability of the daily work of the personnel office.
11. Being responsible for the accomplishment of annual audition from the labor department.
12. Assisting the jobs of internal and external auditors for the relevant accounts.
RECRUITMENT AND TRAINING
1. Being responsible for the plan, procedure and budget of the recruitment.
2. Taking full use of existing recruiting channels, developing new channels and gradually improving the quality of selection.
3. Analyzing training needs and preparing the training plan.
4. Establishing the budget of training expenses.
5. Feedback, follow-up and evaluation of the training results and feedback to the training department of the head-office.
6. Making reports of recruitment and training.
INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIP
1. Illustrating and explaining Labor Law issued by the State and HR policies stipulated by the store to managers at all levels.
2. Communicating regularly with division managers, coordinating the personnel structure and expenses.
3. Good communication with section managers and the staff; assisting each division manager to solve and coordinate the problems of the staff
4. Good feedback and response to the requirement and advice of the staff
5. Assisting the Labor Union to show its’ proper functions
6. Good relationship with bureau of labor, bureau of personnel and the center of social security.
7. Maintaining good working relations and communication with institutions of social community service.
8. Promoting recruiting efficiency by keeping close communication with recruiting institutions such as universities and job market.
JOB PROFILE:
1. Under 35 years old
2. Bachelor degree or above
3. At least two-year successful HR working experience in large company
4. At least one-year experience in team management (with 3-5 subordinates)
5. With integrity, credibility, responsibility & strong sense of ethics
6. People-oriented, focusing on building team value, keeping passion and developing team
7. Good in identifying and understanding the needs of business, can flexibly adjust HR priorities
8. With good leadership, good in team motivation & development
9. With good communication & influence ability, team spirit and flexibility
10. Have quick reaction with high working efficiency
11. Good in English (reading ,speaking ,writing) will be a plus
12. Mobility: Regional (at least mobile in province), national mobility will be a plus
