一、職責(zé)描述 Key Service:
1、新產(chǎn)品工裝模具設(shè)計(jì)，主導(dǎo)項(xiàng)目和首批生產(chǎn)（分析、成本、設(shè)計(jì)、模擬/測(cè)試、實(shí)施、改進(jìn)、決策（內(nèi)購(gòu)或外購(gòu)）、文件編制、控制、建議、完成）
Production tool design ，lead the project and FMP(analyzing, costing, designing, simulating/testing, implementing, improving, deciding [internal or outsourcing), documenting, controlling, recommending, closing)
2、負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品圖紙的發(fā)放（與客戶(hù)確認(rèn)，創(chuàng)建內(nèi)部圖紙、正式發(fā)放）
Responsible for the release of all the drawing of new product (confirm with customer, build the internal drawing , release )
3、完成產(chǎn)品工藝流程、設(shè)備工藝、夾具設(shè)計(jì)/開(kāi)發(fā)、工藝文件編制/培訓(xùn)、工藝/設(shè)備/夾具的分析、執(zhí)行、完善和控制、SAP數(shù)據(jù)的創(chuàng)建/維護(hù)/控制（主數(shù)據(jù)、物料清單、路徑）；產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)圖紙管控；
Fulfill tasks as a process engineers in terms of product flow process, machine process, tool design/development, process documentation/training, process/machine/tool analysis + implementation + improvement + control, SAP engineering data creation/maintaining/controlling [Master Data, BOM, Routing], Schunk Production Drawing。
4、制定詳細(xì)的新產(chǎn)品計(jì)劃，并定期開(kāi)會(huì)協(xié)調(diào)，確保新品的順利生產(chǎn)。
Make the detail schedule of new product and have the regular meeting to coordinate the team in order to finish the product smoothly.
5、協(xié)調(diào)處理新產(chǎn)品運(yùn)行出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題，作出決定并反饋給銷(xiāo)售部門(mén)和項(xiàng)目組
Coordinate all the issues in NPI running process, make decisions and supply feedback to Sale department and project management.
6、協(xié)調(diào)QA作ISIR及PPAP數(shù)據(jù)收集
Coordinate QA in data collecting of ISIR and PPAP
7、處理（工藝、設(shè)備、夾具等）工藝相關(guān)的問(wèn)題，分析根本原因，提出跟進(jìn)改善方案
Process related problem solving (process, machine, tool) root cause analysis and action plan development with control function and documentation)
8、協(xié)助完善制程檢驗(yàn)過(guò)程，處理質(zhì)量相關(guān)工作
Support IPQC process and fulfill related task as an outcome from Quality issues
9、協(xié)助維修部門(mén)相關(guān)工作，提出合理的設(shè)備改善方案
Support the maintenance team in their duties, develop maintenance concepts if necessary
10、對(duì)生產(chǎn)管理的投資項(xiàng)目提出合理建議Support the production management team in terms of investment decision
11、與客戶(hù)、供應(yīng)商、海外公司之間的技術(shù)合作和溝通
Cooperating with customer, supplier, overseas companies
12、協(xié)調(diào)工程的修改和執(zhí)行
Coordinate the Engineering Change Request and implementation
13、編制和修改工藝流程，為成本計(jì)算提供依據(jù)
Process preparation & verification for cost calculation
14、為一線員工提供工藝相關(guān)工作和產(chǎn)品流程的培訓(xùn)
Train the employees on the shop floor in terms of process orientated functions, tasks and product flow issues
15、及時(shí)有效地完成上級(jí)交辦的其他工作
Complete other tasks on time and effectively assigned by superiors

二、任職資格Qualification:
1、教育水平 Education
本科以上學(xué)歷 Bachelor degree or above，理工科專(zhuān)業(yè) Major in or Engineer & Science
2、操作技能 Skills/abilities/competencies
良好的溝通能力 Good Communicate skill
良好的項(xiàng)目管理 Project management skill
熟練操作計(jì)算 Skillful computer operation (SAP, CAD/SolidWorks/Pro Engineering)
3、工作經(jīng)驗(yàn) Working Experience：
5年以上機(jī)械或相關(guān)工業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)（有受電弓經(jīng)驗(yàn)更佳） 5 years Mechanical, Machine design or production process experience.
4、崗位資質(zhì) Position Certificate
熟悉ISO9000、ISO14000及TS16949體系 Familiar with ISO 9000 / ISO 14000/ TS16949
了解所轄區(qū)域所有工站的制程，可解決一般機(jī)臺(tái)的問(wèn)題點(diǎn)并有能力熟練操作機(jī)臺(tái)
Know all the related workstation procedure, is general machine trouble-shooter and skillful on machine operation
較強(qiáng)的獨(dú)立思考能力及創(chuàng)新能力 Strong abilities with independent mind and innovation.
