職位描述
職責(zé)描述：
1.負(fù)責(zé)汽車線束產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)，客戶需求分析，客戶標(biāo)準(zhǔn)收集/研究及可行性分析
Responsible for automotive wiring harness design and development, customer requirement analysis, customer specification collection&study and feasibility analysis.
2.負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品的概念設(shè)計(jì)、細(xì)化設(shè)計(jì)、公差分析、設(shè)計(jì)檢討、DFMEA制作、樣品制作、試生產(chǎn)及設(shè)計(jì)/產(chǎn)品驗(yàn)證
Responsible for concept design, detail design, tolerance stack study,design review, DFMEA analysis, prototype/sample build, pilot run and DV/PV.
3.負(fù)責(zé)線束產(chǎn)品零部件選型，如連接器，端子，密封件，導(dǎo)線，卡釘，保護(hù)套，膠帶等；配合零部件設(shè)計(jì)工程師完成零部件設(shè)計(jì)
Responsible for component selection of harness product, such as connector, terminal, seal, wire/cable, clip, tube, tape; give support to component design engineer to finish component design.
4.負(fù)責(zé)完成線束的三維布線及線束二維圖紙，負(fù)責(zé)制定產(chǎn)品的驗(yàn)證計(jì)劃并主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)品驗(yàn)證測試過程
Responsible for harness 3D routine and 2D layout, responsible for product validation plan and take lead product validation test process.
5.主導(dǎo)項(xiàng)目階段的工程更改過程
Take lead product engineering change process during development stage.
6.支持項(xiàng)目報(bào)價(jià)及產(chǎn)品開發(fā)流程改進(jìn)
Support for project quotation and product design process improvement.
任職要求：
1. 良好的英語讀寫能力，口語流利者優(yōu)先
Good English in writing and reading, fluent oral English is preferred
2. 熟悉ISO/TS16949, 熟悉VDA優(yōu)先
Good knowledge in ISO/TS16949, VDA is preferred
3. 熟練掌握3D建模，2D制圖，熟悉Catia軟件優(yōu)先
Familiar wih 3D modeling, 2D drafting, Catia is preferred
4. 了解整車電氣拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)，電子電器架構(gòu)相關(guān)知識。
Familiar with the vehicle networking protocol, electronic architecture
5. 熟悉線束產(chǎn)品行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及OEM標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和線束工藝技術(shù)
Familiar with harness product industry and OEM standard and process technology
6. 熟悉線束零部件的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及選型，熟悉線束的試驗(yàn)要求
Familiar with harness component, familiar with harness validation/test requirement
7. 每個(gè)項(xiàng)目和業(yè)務(wù)問題要謹(jǐn)慎
Be subtle to every project and business issue
8.其他必需技能/知識 (Other skills & knowledge)：
熟悉ISO/TS16949, 熟悉VDA優(yōu)先。熟悉APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC等。
Good knowledge in ISO/TS16949, VDA is preferred. Be familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, etc
