職位描述
Requirement:
1. Minimum 5years of working experience in same position or other similar area.
2. Minimum qualication on Bachelor degree or above in electrical/electronic engineering
3. Experience at automitive is a plus
4. Good at speak, read and write English
5. Technical:
(a)Experience in electrical hardware design and good knowledge of electrical and electromechanical materials and components
(b) Proficient in analog circuit designing is a must.
(c)Strong analytical and hands on skills.
(d)Good troubleshooter and problem solver.
(e) Good knowledge of PC board design and development. Skill at Altium is preferred.
(f)Experience and formal training in lean manufacturing and 6 sigma disciplines.
(g)Performs DFMEA and can put together control plans.
Responbility:
(a)New product design and development and product improvement
(b)Design analysis and evaluation of electrical circuits.
(c)Reviews Customer’s specifications and requirements and applies them in the designs and procurement documentation as required.
(d)Prepares and runs design review meetings.
(e)Supports Operations and Quality on manufacturing, Customer and Supplier issues.
(f)Reviews, checks and critiques other designs.
(g)Prepares technical and cost proposals and makes technical presentations of new designs to Customers
(h) Prepares design verification and process validation test plans and may be responsible for conducting these tests.
(i) Drawing and BOM release.
