?ORGANIZE THE PROJECT CONTRACT REVIEW by gathering all technical, quality and financial inputs and analysing their process impact
?ORGANIZE PROJECT PREPARATION by identifying all necessary tasks required to achieved as planned delivery (specifications setting up, supplier bidding and offer review. Make a planning.
?FOLLOW-UP PROJECT by organizing and validating all necessary steps leading to project completion : control and measurement means realization, capability study, make FMEA, make all documents necessary for production, packaging study, components and product supply, Full Speed Day, ERP codes management (if any).
?CLOSE PROJECT by checking the conformity between received documents and project targets : Instruction sheet, Control plan, Production follow-up, tracability records, packaging records, machine journal… before handing over to Maintenance or Production department
?PILOT PROJECT TEAM by identifying everyone’s responsibility and through review meetings make sure tasks are on time or issues solved.
?MAKE REQUIRED BILL OF MATERIALS (BOM)
?MEASUREMENT MEANS MANAGEMENT
?WATCH OUT FOR SECURITY AND ENVIRONMENT AND FOLLOW EMT VALUES
?Follow company and job position applicable regulations (hygiene, security, environment) and be pro-active in case of breach.
?Follow company values (abide by laws, respect people, listen to others, commitments, etc.) and other applicable regulations.
?Alert in case operation rules do not target internal or external customer satisfactions.
?OTHER MISSIONS
