Responsibility for developing and maintaining key customer contacts and development of relationships with assigned accounts.
The individual will work closely with existing clients and identify relevant commercial agreements required to streamline the ordering process.
Development and maintaining a systematic sales analysis to maximize business opportunities is required. Responsibilities also include, but are not limited to:
? Develop trust relationships with specific major clients to ensure they do not turn to the competition
? Acquire the understanding of key customer needs and requirements
? Expand the relationships with key customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
? Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
? Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
? Work with Service to help resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
? Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
? Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to the management team using key account metrics (orders received, orders lost, potential orders)
? Produce and maintain market information relevant to the account(s)
Specific Sales Responsibilities:
? Responsible for regional sales with respective accounts
? Prospect and qualify new opportunities with the respective accounts
? Responsible for overall customer care and ownership before and after the sale
Including but not limited to the following:
o Coordinate and participate in applications
o Get contracts completed in a timely manner
o Assist accounting group with payment issues as required
? Produce and maintain account dashboard to track organizational structure
? Track sales information and provide sales reports pertaining to orders received, orders lost, potential orders
Requirments:
A minimum of 5 years automotive experience in business development and sales required.
Must be a self-starter who can take on managing multiple clients, with a sale approach that listens to the needs and confidently provides solutions.
Must be well organized, strong follow-up abilities, demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
National and international travel is required to support customer projects.
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills both in Chinese and in English.
Bachelor’s degree above
