職位描述
Tasks and Responsibilities職責(zé)：
1. Molding machine and material handling system operation and maintenance注塑機(jī)及進(jìn)料系統(tǒng)操作和維護(hù)；
2. Molding process building & trouble shooting & optimization 注塑工藝設(shè)置，優(yōu)化和問(wèn)題解決；
3. Robot program and gripper assembly 機(jī)械手程序編寫(xiě)與抓具組裝；
4. Tooling change and daily maintenance 換模及日常維護(hù)；
5. Assure daily production as planning 確保根據(jù)計(jì)劃安排日常生產(chǎn)；
6. Responsible for the molding quality control, participate product quality improvement daily負(fù)責(zé)注塑質(zhì)量控制，參與日常產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量改進(jìn)；
7. Responsible for improving equipment/person/production efficiency 負(fù)責(zé)優(yōu)化設(shè)備，人員及生產(chǎn)效率；
8. Implement all company policies and procedures & standard working process 公司政策、方針、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工作流程貫徹及維護(hù)；
9. Molding department document establish and maintenance 注塑相關(guān)文件簡(jiǎn)歷和維護(hù)；
10. AS400/BDE and TS16949 system maintenance AS400/BDE及TS16949系統(tǒng)維護(hù)；
11. Responsible for cost control 負(fù)責(zé)成本控制；
12. Support and maintain safe work environment 支持和維護(hù)安全生產(chǎn)；
13. Responsible for maintaining proper employee relations 負(fù)責(zé)維持良好的員工關(guān)系；
14. Cooperate and work closely with other department colleague 與其他部門同事的緊密合作和配合；
15. 5S for molding area 注塑區(qū)5S管理；
16. Training new molding people 培訓(xùn)新員工；
17. Continues Improvement on daily work 日常工作的持續(xù)改進(jìn)；
18. Other tasks assigned by superior 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他任務(wù)。
Requirements要求：
1. At lease college degree 本科及以上學(xué)歷；
2. Over 5 years working experience for molding 5年以上注塑管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
3. Familiar with Engel molding machine 熟悉Engel注塑機(jī)；
4. Skilled in robot program 有機(jī)械手編程能力；
5. Be available for flexible working time 適應(yīng)靈活的工作時(shí)間；
6. Fluent in English 英語(yǔ)流利。
