專業(yè)與學(xué)歷 Academic background & Major：Bachelor or above degree in Computer Science or ERP related field
資歷與經(jīng)驗(yàn) Experiences：1. At least one full cycle SAP project implementation experience
2. Above 3 years SAP operation support experience
3. Working experience in manufacturing industry, especially semiconductor industry.
4. SAP certificated is preferred, Strong FICO and/lor Product Costing & Accounting knowledge is preferred.
能力 Required Competency：1. Know well one or more SAP modules, like FI, CO, PP, MM, SD, PLM.
2. Detailed knolwedge and rich experience in SAP FI/CO module, like G/L, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cost Accounting, Product Cost Controlling, PCA, COPA, etc.
3. Strong problem analysis & solving ability to ensure process and system smooth operation to meet or exceed the KPI
4. Good English and Chinese communication skill
5. Good teamwork player, can work under pressure
1. Provide SAP FICO (and other modules) 1st line support to Nexperia multiple sites in China, Asia Pacific and German, according to the predefined support procedure and KPI.
2. Conduct business case study and analysis, optimize the business process, to source and recommend cost effective IT solutions to facilitate or fulfill the needs of business operation.
3. Global or local IT ERP projects planning, support, supervises and implementation with local/regional/corporate project team, and meet the project target.
4. Liaise with manager to understand business current and future information needs and develop plans, cost estimates, and schedules for integrating these needs into SLA AOP and existing operations. Assistant in IT audit, SOX requirement fulfillment.
5. Coach or mentor business key users and other IT ERP members. Take action for EES improvement.
