Key objectives
Digital and Content professionals define strategies and develop/deliver strategies and solutions for
managing the capture, storage, security, revision control, retrieval, distribution, preservation and
destruction of CRM Department digital documents and content. Reporting to Senior Manager CRM
Digital Channels, they will deliver first class content solutions to Home Credit set of clients.
In line with the company general brand image approach and together with a team of digital experts,
we improve our clients’ digital and social experience with an outstanding content strategy.
The Team
The Greater China CRM Digital team will contribute to bring Home Credit’s vision to life by:
- tight integration with Campaign team to design and execute customer experience journey on digital
channels and drive sales
- support all existing and upcoming digital CRM channels by creating content relevant to local audience
- technical and business support and analytics of the digital channels
- lead with digital innovation
Duties and responsibilities
? establish high-level concept for the mobile application from a content perspective
? prepare e-campaigns content and develop product positioning and messaging, including message
hierarchy that support overall brand positioning, that articulates the value proposition of Home
Credit products/solutions
? ensure the information on company’s mobile app, website is up-to-date, accurate, and relevant as well
as target user friendly
? work with Lifecycle and Analytics teams as well as independently analyze and optimize copy that
converts
? produce continuous content for social media e-blasts
? coordinate on site content campaigns for digital channels on boarding experiences
? support financial partners’ documentation
? monitor and analyse customer’s feedback and report on improvement solutions
? analyze current trends in digital financial markets, social media and conduct researches on demand
? develop a deep understanding of Home Credit solutions and services including product portfolio, market,
trends and competition
? continuous learning and development across content and wider media opportunities
Requirements
Education/Experience
? Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited university or college; financial management or media
major preferred
? over 2.5 years of working experience in digital copywriting with advertising texts portfolio
? financial institutions working experience would be considered as advantage
Knowledge
? high level of advertising modern Chinese skills
? you will work in a international team, fluent written and spoken English is a must
? up-to-date knowledge of what is going on in the digital lives of our target groups
? AB testing
? landing pages and mobile applications
