職位描述
主要工作Main missions:
1、負(fù)責(zé)涂裝車間工藝規(guī)劃并進(jìn)行可行性分析
Responsible for painting process planning and feasibility analysis
2、負(fù)責(zé)涂裝質(zhì)量評(píng)審和管理
Responsible for paint quality review and management for new installed or changed processes
3、負(fù)責(zé)涂裝工裝設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì)、安裝、調(diào)試、驗(yàn)收等相關(guān)工作；
Responsible for the design, installation, commissioning, acceptance and other related work of painting equipment.
4、指導(dǎo)工藝工程師完成新產(chǎn)品涂裝工藝方案規(guī)劃與實(shí)施；
Guide process engineer to complete new product paint process planning and implementation.
5、負(fù)責(zé)涂裝工裝設(shè)備新增或改造（新產(chǎn)品項(xiàng)目/產(chǎn)能項(xiàng)目）的方案制定；
To be responsible for the formulation of the new or modified (new product project / capacity project) of painting equipment;
6、負(fù)責(zé)編制涂裝工藝技術(shù)文件、技術(shù)規(guī)范，對(duì)員工進(jìn)行操作技能培訓(xùn)并考核；
Responsible for the preparation of coating process technical documents, technical specifications, the staff of the operation skills training and assessment;
任職資格：Job Requirements (Qualification & Skills)
1、本科以上學(xué)歷，良好的英語(yǔ)書(shū)面及口語(yǔ)能力
bachelor degree above, fluent English both in oral and writing
2、五年以上汽車涂裝工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉車身結(jié)構(gòu)。
more than 8 working experience in automotive Paint shop familiar with body structure.
3、有不斷學(xué)習(xí)進(jìn)取和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，善于與人溝通，能夠承受工作壓力。
continuous learning and teamwork spirit, good communication skills, able to work under pressure。
