主要工作Main missions:
1、試驗(yàn)設(shè)備的認(rèn)識(shí)及安裝Knowledge and install of test equipments
熟悉試驗(yàn)區(qū)域內(nèi)的試驗(yàn)設(shè)備,并且能夠根據(jù)試驗(yàn)方法安裝試驗(yàn)設(shè)備
Good knowledge in test equipment in defined test area. Install test equipments according to test methods.

2、試驗(yàn)、試驗(yàn)方法開(kāi)發(fā)及編寫(xiě)試驗(yàn)報(bào)告Test、development test method and writing test report
在規(guī)定的試驗(yàn)場(chǎng)地按照試驗(yàn)方法進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)和開(kāi)發(fā)新實(shí)驗(yàn)方法. 并且依據(jù)NEVS的規(guī)范編寫(xiě)
試驗(yàn)報(bào)告
Responsible for executing test according to test method and develop new test methods in a defined test area. And write test reports according to NEVS documentation standard with responsibility for analyze of the result.

3、公務(wù)出差Business trip
到國(guó)內(nèi)和國(guó)外測(cè)試場(chǎng)出差。
Traveling to both national and international test sites.

4、內(nèi)部支持及輔助Inter support and assistance
協(xié)助并與設(shè)計(jì)部門(mén)進(jìn)行緊密合作.并且協(xié)助完成相關(guān)的預(yù)算工作
Support and work closely with the design department. And support with input for budget work.

5、知識(shí)共享knowledge sharing
參與相關(guān)的技術(shù)論壇，對(duì)于試驗(yàn)開(kāi)發(fā)有相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)整理、總結(jié)和分享。
Participate in the related technology BBS，summarize and share the relevant experience about development test.
6、部門(mén)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)要求的其他相關(guān)支持工作
Other relevant supporting work required by department leader

任職資格：Job Requirements (Qualification & Skills)
1.大學(xué)本科或以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械、化工、材料、汽車(chē)類(lèi)相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)；
Bachelor or above, machinery，Chemical engineering, Materials，Automobile and relevant major.
2.英語(yǔ)四級(jí)以上，能看懂相關(guān)法律法規(guī)、企業(yè)/國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及英文資料；
CET-4 or above，Understand relevant laws and regulations、enterprise or national standards and English files.
3.2~5年以上電器電子試驗(yàn)開(kāi)發(fā)相關(guān)檢測(cè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
Have been engaged about electrical electronic development test for at least 2~5 year.
4.正直誠(chéng)信，責(zé)任心強(qiáng)，良好的溝通、協(xié)調(diào)組織管理能力，良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，具有較強(qiáng)的壓力承擔(dān)能力；
Integrity and compliance ;high sense of responsibility；Good communication,coordination and management skills；teamwork and pressure resistance ability
5良好的英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)能力。
Fluent English communication in listening，writing and speaking.
