主要工作Main Mission:
1、協(xié)助經(jīng)理建立及管理維護團隊；
Assist manager to set up and manage the maintenance team
2、制定設(shè)備維護保養(yǎng)計劃，并按計劃組織巡檢、點檢和保養(yǎng)，并定期總結(jié)實施效果，進行改善； Manage and promote the planned maintenance programmers
3、組織設(shè)備故障的搶修并深入調(diào)查設(shè)備故障原因，尋求對策并實施，防止故障再發(fā)；
Organize the emergency fault maintenance and management of the fault reason research to prevent the fault from occurring again
4、負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)備改造的提案和構(gòu)想并推進實施；
Responsible for proposing equipment modification ideas and promote
5、完善設(shè)備性能，消除設(shè)備隱患，提高設(shè)備綜合效率；
Improve the equipment performance, eliminate hidden trouble, improve OEE
6、推進維修預(yù)案管理，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化故障處理流程，縮短故障處理時間
Manage to carry out the maintenance contingency plan, make out the standardization of the repair process, shorten the repair time
7、協(xié)助TPM團隊開展設(shè)備TPM活動；
Support TPM team to carry out TPM activities.
8、支持ME開展新設(shè)備導(dǎo)入工作，并提出改善建議并協(xié)助推進實施； Support ME during early stages of the project, to find negative and improve it;
9、開展維護人員培訓(xùn)
Develop educational/training plans for Maintenance

任職資格：Job Requirements (Qualification & Skills)
A) Basic Requirements：
- Technical, Economic or Organization college degree or equivalent experience.，
- Fluent in written and spoken English
B) Working Experiences Requirements：
-有3年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗
Experience within the automotive industry 3 years at least
-熟悉汽車行業(yè)設(shè)備編程軟件設(shè)計及安裝標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，能在設(shè)備設(shè)計及安裝過程中提出有效意見及建議
Understanding of equipment programming design and installation standards, effective advice can be made in equipment design and installation process
-熟練掌握控制軟件編程、運動控制、信號通信等知識，能通過軟件迅速查找出故障點
Proficiency in control software applications through software find the point of failure immediately
C) Technical Skill Requirements：
-具有電工操作證書
Electrician certificate
D) Personal Attribute Requirements：
-具有良好的溝通技巧、團隊合作意識和學(xué)習(xí)能力，高度的責(zé)任心和敬業(yè)精神及獨立解決問題的能力
Good communication skill, team spirit, learning capability, sense of responsibility, professional dedication, and be able to resolve problems independently.
-很強的指導(dǎo)，訓(xùn)練和培訓(xùn)人員的能力。很強的說和寫的交流技巧。
Strong ability to lead, coach and train people. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
