Our client is a Sino-US JV based in Kunshan, newly startup manufacturer.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Set up Kunshan new plant, enabled the project to meet budget, schedule and critical functionality in record time, especially contributed in leadership team establishment/recruiting and accelerating team leadership improvement.
· Partner with business and CEO drive business strategy.
· Practice to set up HR system including staffing process, training process, C&B policy, employee performance appraisal process, HR system, etc.
· Talent acquisition – develop & execute short-term/long-term staffing plan. Infuse # external talents to support business growth.
· Executed performance evaluation system by focusing on differentiating employees.
· Created trust , accountable, inclusive & compliance environment thru driving company culture, employee relation building program, coaching, communication, recognition process etc, ensure all the initiatives and activities comply with China labor law and relative regulations.
· Executed performance evaluation system by focusing on differentiating employees, talent retention plan, succession plan.
· Managing administration: safety, sanitation, vehicle use, dormitory, work meal, public relations, office stationery, etc.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
· BS/BA degree or equivalent with 6 or more years of related experience and 2 or more years of management experience.
· Manufacturing preferred,familiar with plant environment.
· Strong knowledge and experience in staffing and employee relationship.
· The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment.
· Self-motivated and self-directed, however, must have demonstrated ability to work well with people.
· Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Ability to coordinate priorities and initiatives.
