The role will start with HR Project Manager during the establishment of JV Company.
Responsibility:
1. Lead human resource working stream for the upcoming JV set up, take over human resource consulting and management responsibility following Due Diligence, management direction and all relevant legal and procedures requirements.
2. Plan and lead preparation activities in human resource and administration to make sure smooth transition of personnel from Chinese shareholder to JV and JV’s Day 1 activities, which involves employee transfer, polices making, stakeholders communication, external social insurance and housing agencies coordination, future JV management team engagement etc.
3. Analyze and formulate human resource related policies, including but not limited to labor contract, employee handbook, compensation & benefits, employee relationship, in accordance with Air Liquide China Human Resource guidance and JV contract principle as well as government regulations. Make sure polices and documents are approved, validated and get ready for JV operation.
4. Conduct transfer employees communication together with preparation team to ensure messages are cascaded and conveyed in the right tone at right time to right people either on individual or collective basis, engage, measure and improve transfer employees morale and motivation to the new entity.
5. Prepare and conduct risk management to mitigate human resource risk during preparation stage, before Day 1 and after JV setting up, communicate and coordinate smoothly among different stakeholders to implement proper actions towards this goal.
6. After JV setting up in a good and well organized manner, function as human resource manager for the new JV

Requirement:
1. Over 8 years HR experience in MNC, with at least 3 years in management position
2. Rich experience in full HR functions especially in recruitment, training, employee relationship, experience in JV HR or M&A project is preferred
3. Bachelor degree or above
4. Mature interpersonal skills with good people sense
5. Be responsible and integrity
6. Good English and PC skills
