Job Descriptions:
*Strategy Development (40%)
*Work with Business Fields to identify and assess potential new opportunity for the successful long run of TUV Rheinland in Greater China.
*Able to facilitate workshop and initiate discussion with people at all level (VPs, Project manager, end user and etc.)
*Develop strategy for the growth supported by solid facts and logical standpoint.
*Carry out fact-based market study and customer interview to verify strategy hypothesis

*PMO Services (60%)
*Ensure the smooth operation of project management office (PMO) to hit key milestones of each strategic projects on time and in high quality. The tasks will include but not limited to project management process improvement, pipeline setup, risk & change control, project communication, workshops and etc.
*Quarterly report / Dashboard on overall health of strategic project pipeline in a visualized format.
*Optimize easy-to-use project management tools and documents, including review templates, project report, business

Measure of success
*High quality delivery of strategy for growth (Sales and EBIT)
*100% smooth delivery of PMO

Job Requirements:
*Bachelor degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
*5+ years’ experience in strategic marketing, cooperate strategy development or related function. Consulting firm experience will be a plus;
*Highly skillful to run strategy project management office (PMO) independently in multinational B2B company. Able to continuously improve PMO process, rules, tools and review template. PMP certified preferred.
*Strong ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders in a cross function and cross culture environment.
*Good knowledge of strategic thinking and strategy development skills
*Excellent oral and written communications skills
*Good at MS Office and other project management tools
*Good presentation and facilitation skills.
*Analytical, result-oriented, team player and attend to details.

TüV is the German abbreviation of "Technical Supervision Association".
