Senior Global Digital Brand Manager

Position Description
The Senior Global Digital Brand Manager will be responsible for the digitization of Tiens’ global Brand, sub-brands as well as the brands’ management.Report to the GM of Brand Management Center, this role will be also developing the global digital brand strategy and liaisons with various stakeholders internally and externally includeglobal BU projects teams and agency partners.
A brand architect and designer a must. You will develop digital operating plans for Tiens on all Logos, VI and CI usage intodata base and responsive platforms. Work with GM of Brand Management Center, agencies and product development teams on launch/ create & execute digital brand plans for allTiens sub-brands;keep all brands’ architecture consistency and easy to use are required; analysis / identify competitors’ and multidisciplinary branding strategies to management for brandcom execution plan.Co-work with IT to create new brand identification / management system will be most important project at next.
Position Summary
Tiens is looking for ateam lead who must be hands-on, strategic, collaborative, hard work but brilliant to join the Brand Management Center.

Minimum Qualifications
?BAor advance degree with 8+ years of relevant professional experience ( brand, product development, tourism, education, internet, big data, digital media, household products)
?Excellent analytical, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills with multilingual languages. English is a must.
?Strong capability to think strategically, to solve problems independently, and to recognize trends and make recommendations using big data
?Proven capability to implement change on a large scale as well as navigate agile structures
?Strong track record of leadership success, identifying and implementing Branding strategy, measuring and delivering results is required
?Leads / identify the impotent development of product positioning with overall accountability for volume and share objectives, pricing strategies with execution plan.
?Working directly with partner agencies to develop or adapt tools and assets that support all sub-brand management and communications initiatives
?Managing direct report(s), including but not limited to writing and implementing every project development plans and managing employee performance throughout the year.
?Monitoring and reporting all branding strategy results to senior management.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
?Capable in brand strategy, business plan development and execution, ability to construct a long-term strategic relationship, and a desire to help everyone succeed and thrive on our platform.
?Proven and strong capability to manage multiple, time-demanding projects and competing priorities simultaneouslywork independently. Capable in driving projects to completion with minimum guidance and high attention to detail.
Qualifications
?Strong creative and conceptual thinking ability to identify every brand’s position, develop new ways of working, pinpoint solutions to complex problems and overcome obstacles is required
?Proven leadership ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams across a matrix organization a must.
?Advanced analytical skills with ability to big data for understanding and insight is required
?Ability to set a vision, develop long term / solution-base action plans, overcome obstacles and find solutions to problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is required
?Proven ability to work under pressure, prioritize work and consistently achieve positive results is required
?Project management capability and experience is required.
?Digital experience is strongly preferred, with a comprehensive understanding and knowledge for the latest developments in digital and e-branding is preferred
?Up to 15-20% traveling will be required
