Description:
Responsible for managing and coordinating all communication, training, and change management activities related to The Hive. This includes internal and external communication development, localization and delivery of training materials, and ensuring users, suppliers, and leadership remain committed to The Hive.
Required Skills:
Strong communication skills (both written & verbal)
Knowledge of change management or Human Resource practices
Understanding of local Walmart culture
Strong organizational skills
Key Responsibilities & Tasks:
Create and validate local plans for change management, training, & communication (3 separate plans)
Identify and ensuring proper engagement with all stakeholders
Develop communications for internal and external users, as well as, market leadership
Localize training materials to ensure successful system use and adoption
Track and validate project success measures
