Key responsibilities and duties
Responsibilities:
1. Setup product strategy based on business strategy and goals, target break down, execution and monitoring
2. Collect eCom eco-system (WeChat service account/ mini-program and backend) requirements or improvement needs from business team and other departments
3. Continuously optimize WeChat user experience based on feedback and market research
4. Liaise with business team, ISD and other departments to develop business case or ROI analysis on requirements
5. Draft business requirement document (BRD) based on customer needs
6. Analyze competitor products, market dynamics and maintain a competitive lead in all relevant areas
Essential qualification:
Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
Required skills and experience:
1. 3-5 years of O2O/eCommerce/Mobile APP/WeChat related work experience
2. Highly efficient with Excellent communication skills
3. Outstanding logical and agile thinking capabilities and good analytic skills
4. Passionate about O2O/eCommerce/Mobile APP/WeChat business
5. Familiar with Xmind/Axure/Visio is preferred
6. Fluent in English would be a plus
