1.工作要求Job Requirements:
1. 工科背景,汽車行業(yè)4年以上相關(guān)的供應(yīng)商管理或質(zhì)量管理經(jīng)驗;
2. 熟悉ISO/TS的質(zhì)量體系要求,QS五大手冊,VDA或FORMEL Q等汽車行業(yè)管理標準,對供應(yīng)商審核程序及要求熟練掌握,具有專業(yè)的審核技能;
3. 具有相關(guān)專業(yè)技能如注塑、沖壓 模具開發(fā)周期長產(chǎn)品的專業(yè)知識,熟悉各種質(zhì)量統(tǒng)計和控制工具,并有豐富的現(xiàn)場審核和處理問題能力,并能指導(dǎo)供應(yīng)商做質(zhì)量改進;
4. 適應(yīng)經(jīng)常出差,原則性和抗壓性高,具有良好的團隊合作精神;
5. 能進行英文的郵件溝通,過英語CET4;
2. 工作職責(zé)及內(nèi)容 Responsibilities:
1. 處理供應(yīng)商交付的零件在公司和客戶端發(fā)生的各種質(zhì)量問題,并對各種質(zhì)量問題進行匯總,統(tǒng)計、分析,提出改進措施,追蹤供應(yīng)商的8D改善進度并及時完成對供應(yīng)商的索賠;
2. 對廠內(nèi)IQC不良品及時處理,推動供應(yīng)商提供8D等改善措施并完成對供應(yīng)商的索賠;
3. 參與每天工廠的質(zhì)量匯判,并及時對供應(yīng)商進行材質(zhì)損索賠;
4. 按月度、季度和年度對供應(yīng)商進行績效評價,確定出高關(guān)注供應(yīng)商,并做月度匯報;
5. 制定每年重點供應(yīng)商的提升計劃,對其進行現(xiàn)場培訓(xùn)和輔導(dǎo);
6. 完成對供應(yīng)商子零件的年度再評定,對全尺寸、材料、性能等檢測項目每年進行復(fù)測,提升產(chǎn)品的可靠度;
7. 每周要求供應(yīng)商提供周報,追蹤監(jiān)控供應(yīng)商的質(zhì)量表現(xiàn),若有異常及時去供應(yīng)商去排查,對模具壽命到期的及時去實地考察模具的狀況并反饋采購審核的結(jié)果;
8. 量產(chǎn)零件的EC變更管理,重新批準PPAP,負責(zé)對檢具、進料檢規(guī)和控制計劃等更新發(fā)布;
9. 量產(chǎn)供應(yīng)商的變更管理,包括場地、模具、圖紙、工裝、工藝等等,評審并重新進行PPAP批準;
10. 負責(zé)每年與供應(yīng)商簽訂質(zhì)量協(xié)議和4M變更承諾書;
11. 負責(zé)供應(yīng)商的年度審核,并跟蹤問題點的關(guān)閉;
12. 管理第三方的分檢的工作,制作篩選的作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書并對供應(yīng)商進行索賠;
13. 負責(zé)內(nèi)外部審核的檢規(guī)、控制計劃核對和更新,以及其他的配合工作。
