Qualification/Technical Requirement?
B.S. Degree in Mechanical/ Industrial/Manufacturing engineering.
?At least 4 years related working experience in high volume of manufacturing assembling environment.
?IE knowledge and experience is required.
?Manufacturing knowledge and experience is required.
?Strong knowledge and experience in implementing lean manufacturing system.
?Knowledge and experience in new product set up for manufacturing.
?Project management skill is required.
?Good English skill of reading, comprehending and writing and speaking.
?AutoCAD and computer skill of Microsoft office is required.
?Product design background is preferred.
Responsibility?
New product PFMEA and manufacturing cost analysis.
?New product process design and line set up.
?Line and product capacity analysis.
?Line layout design and line set up technical requirement design.
?Fixture and equipment concept design with IE and lean ideas for products and production lines.
?Preparing of work instruction and material list.
?Optimize the process and line to improve the labor cost.
?Credit time calculation and analysis.
?Line balance improving.
?Lean manufacturing implementing.
?Leading work for new project manufacturing set up.
?Leading work for lean projects and improvement.
?Production operator training for product assembly.
