職位描述
Major Responsibilities:
1.Manages the quality for the plant (Suppliers / system / production / customers) and the quality team;
2.Responsible for following the quality system (ISO TS 16949);
3.Responsible for the quality of the products for the customers;
4.Improves the quality performance within the plant;
5.Responsible for stopping the production when products are defective or non conform and obtain corrective action necessary
6.Continues improve and develop quality team capabilities
7.Report to divisional quality director and GM about plant quality performance and system development status and take the lead for correction process for any non-conformity
Skills and Abilities/Qualification:
1.Master degree with major in quality engineering/methods
2.Excellent communication skills both in Chinese and English
3.Knowledge of total quality tools (5M, SPC,6 Sigma..)
4.Excellent interpersonal skills
5.Good presentation skills
6.Pragmatic and good sense of analysing
7.Energetic, Tenacious, Rigorous
8.Negotiating skills
9.High capacity of work and high availability
10.Team development skills
Experience:
1.5 years experience in quality management in Automotive sector (mass production environment if not)
2.5 years people management experience is a must

蘇州公司于2007年在蘇州工業(yè)園區(qū)注冊成立。工廠占地面積約4.6公頃，投資總額4500萬美元。主要客戶為通用、福特、馬自達、神龍、奇瑞、比亞迪、上海汽車、CMC等。目前蘇州工廠的主要產(chǎn)品有轉(zhuǎn)向柱、轉(zhuǎn)向油管、液壓泵、手動齒輪齒條式轉(zhuǎn)向機等。轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)于2009年5月在蘇州成立研發(fā)中心，使技術(shù)研發(fā)與制造得到更好的整合。轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)的亞太區(qū)管理中心位于上海市長寧區(qū)。
