Summary-
Responsible for Advanced design, good capability to make CAD sample to show product concept. including but not limited to new vendors/technologies development, potential vendors assessment; aim to find suitable vendor to work with us on new technology and products.

Responsibility-
Responsibilities:
?Marketing insight or search good supplier can work with us on technic or products
?Make CAD and sample to show product concept;
?Develop and manage the relationship with suppliers, i.e. NDA, Supply Agreements, price negotiation, cost analysis.
?Liaison with OEMs and sales team, work including RFQs, PIS, CNFs etc.
?Continuous benchmark follow-up on related product activities
Requirements-
Experience:
?At least 8-10 years’ experience (Engineering, sourcing or procurement, supply chain etc) in appliances or similar products/industry with solid experience and track record of working for multi-national firm.
?Good scope on household products; especially cleaning tool or garden tool.
?Have knowledge on both Plastic and Metal) /electronics(PCBA) /Package cost and market trend
?Proficient in verbal and written English and Mandarin; able to communicate with China suppliers as well as overseas customers independently
?Self-motivated, Independent.
?Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills
?Able to work effectively across Functions
?Western experience a plus
Functional Skills/Knowledge
?At least 6+ years products design experience;
?Strong Execution/Negotiation/Persuasion/communication skills
?Independent
?Team co-operation spirit and related skills,
?Skilled in Computer languages such as Microsoft Office, and Project
Education/Certifications/Affiliations
?Bachelor degree (or above) in mechanical or related discipline preferred. MBA an advantage.
