Responsibility:
-Responsible for overall management of a large team (70+ is the minimum requirement, 100+ is preferred).
-Develop long-term strategic relationships with customers.
-Build high performance team. Foster an environment for people to work effectively. Delegate tasks to subordinates and give feedbacks and give team members opportunities to grow.
-Supervises software delivery and ensure the high delivery quality.
-Keep improving the operational procedures, recognize and solve potential problems and evaluate project/program effectiveness.
-Oversee budget and ensure financial accountability.
Requirement:
-Bachelor or above degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business or equivalent combination of education and experience.
-Strong leadership and people management skills.
-Strong development process knowledge
-Strong team building and client consensus development skills
-8+ years development management
-Financial services background a plus
-Having good understanding to the project requirements and wider business environment, and having strong analysis skills to scope the work, prioritize the requirements, and identify risks.
-Good technical background. 6+years software design, development or equivalent engineering work experiences. Understand, explains and presents complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
-Very strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
-Comfortable with working closely with global team members directly.
