崗位目標(biāo)Objective of Function
支持設(shè)備日常設(shè)備維護(hù)工作及新設(shè)備的安裝調(diào)試。Support daily maintenance of machine, and , fixing and debugging the new machines

崗位職責(zé)Main Responsibilities
1.協(xié)助機(jī)械維修工和電氣維修工對(duì)無(wú)法解決的復(fù)雜設(shè)備故障進(jìn)行分析和排除
Assist machine and electric maintenance man to analyze and eliminate unsolved complicated machine malfunction.
2.參與公司新項(xiàng)目中設(shè)備的設(shè)計(jì)、方案認(rèn)可、技術(shù)協(xié)議簽訂、設(shè)備制作監(jiān)控；
As a part of management level in machine design, authorization of scheme, endorsing technical agreement and overseeing manufacture of machine for new project.
3.參加新增設(shè)備的安裝調(diào)試及驗(yàn)收工作，并做好從試制到投產(chǎn)的銜接；
Take part in fixing and debugging new machines and acceptance check, linking trial-manufacture up to puting into production successfully.
4.負(fù)責(zé)編制和維護(hù)設(shè)備標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化作業(yè)單、潤(rùn)滑圖表、巡檢作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書(shū)、設(shè)備保養(yǎng)作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書(shū)和設(shè)備點(diǎn)檢保養(yǎng)；
In charge of establishing and maintaining standardization job step for machine, lubrication chart, inspecting standard operation, machine maintenance standard operation and machine-check.
5.對(duì)設(shè)備的工作原理進(jìn)行分析，編寫(xiě)培訓(xùn)教材，對(duì)設(shè)備操作工進(jìn)行操作培訓(xùn)，對(duì)設(shè)備維修人員進(jìn)行技術(shù)培訓(xùn)；
Analyses working principle of machine, write training textbook,in charge of training machine operator how to handle and machine maintenance man technically.
6.負(fù)責(zé)公司設(shè)備設(shè)施維護(hù)計(jì)劃的制定、實(shí)施監(jiān)督并對(duì)維護(hù)效果進(jìn)行評(píng)估；
In charge of establishing maintenance plan for machine and facility at plant, actualizing supervisal and evaluating maintenance effect.
7.對(duì)設(shè)備運(yùn)行中暴露出來(lái)的不安全因素，或是為提高生產(chǎn)效率、降低員工的勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度及提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量而制定改進(jìn)措施并督促實(shí)施并進(jìn)行效果評(píng)訂；
Establish measure of improvement for unsafe factors exposing at the time of machine production, or in order to advance production efficiency, reduce workers’ labor intensity and improve quality of production；supervise and urge actualizing；and evaluate the effect.
8.負(fù)責(zé)備件安全庫(kù)存、日常計(jì)劃的制訂和備件國(guó)產(chǎn)化改進(jìn)工作；
In charge of stock spare part safely, map out the daily grind, and improve localization of machine spare part.
9.承擔(dān)公司相關(guān)FES文件以及TS1694標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求的管理責(zé)任，確保FES文件的有效運(yùn)行，并不斷在部門(mén)內(nèi)完善FES文件中的相關(guān)程序及其應(yīng)用。
Responsible for the FES documents and TS1694 standard related management, ensure the effective operating of the FES documents, and constantly perfect the FES relevant procedures and applications
10.對(duì)所有設(shè)備故障進(jìn)行評(píng)估和分析，并制定改進(jìn)措施；
Evaluate and analyze all machine malfunctions and establish improvement step.

教育
Education學(xué)歷 Education: 大學(xué)專(zhuān)科以上（含大學(xué)專(zhuān)科）above or incl. degree of academy
專(zhuān)業(yè)背景 Background: 機(jī)械、電氣或相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè) Mechanical engineering, electric engineering or concerned specialty

經(jīng)歷
Job experience八年以上的設(shè)備維護(hù)經(jīng)驗(yàn) minimum 8 years or above experiences of facility maintenance
