致力于新產(chǎn)品的產(chǎn)品開發(fā)及制造工程開發(fā)，并在滿足新產(chǎn)品項(xiàng)目開發(fā)進(jìn)度、成本控制、設(shè)計規(guī)范和保證新項(xiàng)目的順利投產(chǎn)的前提下，組織、管理、培訓(xùn)好產(chǎn)品及制造工程人員，逐漸提高Faurecia重慶公司新產(chǎn)品項(xiàng)目開發(fā)的能力；同時負(fù)責(zé)量產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目的產(chǎn)品及制造工程的持續(xù)改進(jìn)等。
Work on new program product &production system development to ensure successful launch (timing, cost, and quality). Also continuously work to improve the performance of series product and production system.
致力于工廠負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目的管理;團(tuán)隊(duì)組織、培養(yǎng)和建設(shè)；項(xiàng)目QCD控制。
Responsible for program management (series product); organize, train and build team; control program QCD.


崗位職責(zé)Main Responsibilities

新項(xiàng)目
New program
參與生產(chǎn)過程的定義和設(shè)備及工裝選型
Participate in the definition of production process and the selection of equipment &fixture.

編制工廠ME負(fù)責(zé)的設(shè)備及工裝技術(shù)規(guī)范，確保符合HSE要求，同時跟蹤設(shè)備及工裝進(jìn)度。
Write equipment &fixture specification, which is in line with HSE requirement. And also follow up new equipment & tool status.

負(fù)責(zé)新項(xiàng)目在工廠投產(chǎn)前，ME相關(guān)準(zhǔn)備工作 (設(shè)備及模具安裝及調(diào)試、技術(shù)文件、節(jié)拍生產(chǎn)、批量試生產(chǎn))
Lead ME activities after equipment &tool transfer to plant (equipment &tool setup and tuning / technical documents / production trial / MPT).

負(fù)責(zé)新項(xiàng)目在工廠投產(chǎn)前，PD相關(guān)準(zhǔn)備工作 (制造BOM、SAP產(chǎn)品錄入、產(chǎn)品問題分析及方案)
Lead PD activities after sample building moves to plant (MBOM / SAP product tree/ product issue analysis and solution).

量產(chǎn)后項(xiàng)目
Series program

制定和控制本部門的預(yù)算，負(fù)責(zé)工廠非項(xiàng)目固定資產(chǎn)的投資的預(yù)算、申請及控制工作
Build and control PE department budget and plant CAPEX

管理工廠的產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)，對產(chǎn)品工程變更的工程部分負(fù)責(zé)
Manage product data (MBOM / SAP product tree / product spec / 2d &3d data...), responsible for product engineering change

主導(dǎo)或支持相關(guān)的持續(xù)改進(jìn)工作，對PD&ME負(fù)責(zé)的文件進(jìn)行更新，包括(不僅限于)：MBOM / PFMEA / Layout …
Lead or support related continuous improvement, update PD &ME related documents, including MBOM / PFMEA / Layout …
產(chǎn)品VAVE /直接員工效率 /質(zhì)量/設(shè)備綜合利用率 /HSE / 人機(jī)工程
Product VAVE /DLE /Quality /TRS /Space /HSE / Ergonomics

承擔(dān)公司相關(guān)FES文件以及TS1694標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求的管理責(zé)任，確保FES文件的有效運(yùn)行，并不斷在部門內(nèi)完善FES文件中的相關(guān)程序及其應(yīng)用。
Responsible for the FES documents and TS1694 standard related management, ensure the effective operating of the FES documents, and constantly perfect the FES relevant procedures and applications

負(fù)責(zé)挑選、培養(yǎng)員工，幫助其發(fā)揮優(yōu)勢，確保業(yè)績評估（OAR）和接替計劃的有效實(shí)施。
Responsible for selecting, training and help them play advantage, ensure performance evaluation (OAR) and Succession plan been effective implementation.

南方佛吉亞汽車部件有限公司是中國長安汽車集團(tuán)股份有限公司與佛吉亞（中國）投資有限公司按照各自50%的出資比例共同投資創(chuàng)建的中外合資企業(yè),成立于2013年6月。公司主要致力于包括儀表板、門板、中控臺和駕駛艙模塊在內(nèi)的汽車內(nèi)飾相關(guān)產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)、生產(chǎn)與交付。目前主要服務(wù)的客戶有長安福特、長安標(biāo)致雪鐵龍。
