崗位要求:
1. 工科背景本科及以上學(xué)歷,5年以上非標(biāo)自動(dòng)化設(shè)備行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),不少于2年的機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì),方案設(shè)計(jì),以及非標(biāo)項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),2年以上自動(dòng)化設(shè)備銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn);
2. 具備向客戶團(tuán)隊(duì)提供“自動(dòng)化工藝及解決方案”的技術(shù)溝通能力,具備一定的銷售策略制訂和項(xiàng)目談判經(jīng)驗(yàn);
3. 靈敏的商業(yè)嗅覺(jué),能夠根據(jù)行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和現(xiàn)有客戶應(yīng)用有效分析并定位潛在客戶和銷售商機(jī);
4. 熟練的中英文演示講解能力和商務(wù)溝通與談判能力,同時(shí)掌握熟練的營(yíng)銷方法和財(cái)務(wù)基本知識(shí);
5. 工作態(tài)度積極主動(dòng),具有良好的跨區(qū)銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神和能力,推動(dòng)公司堅(jiān)持長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)利益的經(jīng)營(yíng)理念。
6.年齡在30歲以上
Position Qualification:
1. Bachelor Degree or above with engineering background, More than 5 years of experience in customized automation. Not less than 2 years in mechanical design and project management,More than 2 years experience in automation equipment sales
2. Be effective and accurate in technical communication to customers, based on "automation technology and solution", with experience in setting sales strategies and project negotiation skills.
3. Demonstrated "Hunter" mentality analyze and position potential customers and business prospects, from existing customer segments and applications.
4. Proficiency presentation and communication skills both in Chinese and English. Good command of Sales & Marketing techniques and financial principles.
5. Must exhibit self-motivated and an extremely proactive approach. Good team work spirit, promoting the company''''''''''''''''s long term based business philosophy.
6. Over 30 years of age.

1負(fù)責(zé)華東區(qū)域市場(chǎng)自動(dòng)化設(shè)備與解決方案的銷售業(yè)務(wù),制訂區(qū)域年度銷售策略、計(jì)劃與目標(biāo),協(xié)調(diào)區(qū)域駐外銷售工程師協(xié)同達(dá)成自動(dòng)化設(shè)備產(chǎn)品線的銷售業(yè)績(jī);
2. 開(kāi)展目標(biāo)市場(chǎng)和客戶的開(kāi)發(fā)工作,擴(kuò)充自動(dòng)化產(chǎn)品線客戶基數(shù),維護(hù)客戶長(zhǎng)期合作伙伴關(guān)系;
3. 有效分析客戶自動(dòng)化設(shè)備需求,并參與支持內(nèi)部技術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)制作專業(yè)的項(xiàng)目方案,技術(shù)協(xié)議,預(yù)算和報(bào)價(jià);
4. 參與合同談判,確定符合公司利益和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的技術(shù)協(xié)議,財(cái)務(wù)條款和交付條款;
5. 分析訂單項(xiàng)目發(fā)展趨勢(shì),基于月度和季度預(yù)測(cè)并優(yōu)化自動(dòng)化項(xiàng)目負(fù)荷,與內(nèi)部項(xiàng)目與技術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)保持密切溝通;
6. 獲取客戶滿意度反饋,并持續(xù)改進(jìn)自動(dòng)化項(xiàng)目銷售流程,以及幫助內(nèi)部項(xiàng)目與技術(shù)部門改善工作流程和項(xiàng)目管理。
7.開(kāi)發(fā)目標(biāo)行業(yè)市場(chǎng)的客戶基礎(chǔ),建立長(zhǎng)期的客戶合作。
Job description:
1. Responsible for Automation Equipment sales in east China. Develop annual sales strategy, plan and target, and manage to achieve the target by working together with regional sales engineers in the field.
2. Develop and grow customer base in the target industries and market. Maintain long term partnership with customers.
3. Study the customer''''''''''''''''s specific requirements and work with internal technical team, to prepare concept, solution, technical agreement, budget and quotation.
4. Participate in contract negotiation including technical specification, financial terms and delivery, according to company GBDT.
5. Project trend analysis and order intake forecast on monthly and quarterly basis. Keep close communication with in-house technical team in order to optimize work load planning.
6. Collect feedback of customer satisfaction, and continuously improve sales methods and procedure. Support project team to optimize work flow and project management.
7. Develop and grow customer base in the target industries and market. Maintain long term partnership with customers.
