崗位職責(zé)：
· Be responsible for the promotion of lean production in the factory負(fù)責(zé)工廠精益生產(chǎn)的推廣
· Be responsible for leading workshop employees to carry out continuous improvement activities 負(fù)責(zé)帶領(lǐng)車間一線員工進行持續(xù)改善
· Be responsible for training of lean tools and lean method 負(fù)責(zé)精益工具與方法的培訓(xùn)
· Coordinate with quality, logistics and other departments to develop lean improvement plan and implement project plan 協(xié)調(diào)質(zhì)量、物流等部門，制定精益改進方案，并落實項目實施
· Be responsible for the improvement of manufacturing department performance and main problem solving 負(fù)責(zé)制造部績效的改進與主要問題的解決

任職要求：
· Bachelor degree or above. IE or mechanic relevant major is preferred. 本科或以上學(xué)歷。制造或機械相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先
· 5 years and above experience in related area of lean production , good at lean tools such as Value Stream Mapping (VSM) , Kanban etc. 5年以上精益生產(chǎn)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)歷，精通價值流圖、看板等精益工具
· CET4, good English capability in listening, speaking and written 英語4級，具備良好的英語聽說讀寫能力
· Good teamwork spirit and good communication skill, passionate, trustworthy, result-oriented, detail oriented and able to work under pressure 良好的團隊合作精神與溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力，熱情，值得信賴，以結(jié)果為導(dǎo)向，注重細(xì)節(jié)，能夠在壓力下工作
