SEDL WG-OPS/Mechanical Design Engineer-Structure Design/Wind Generator .

What are my responsibilities?

? Design of mechanical parts for generator, translate drawings and documentation(work instructions, drawings ，bill of material, specific documents for supplier)
零部件設(shè)計(jì)及放行、圖紙翻譯、文件創(chuàng)建（工作指導(dǎo)，圖紙、物料清單及供應(yīng)商特殊文件）
? Participate in localization projects and support first article inspection (in production / at supplier)
參與國(guó)產(chǎn)化項(xiàng)目，支持首件檢驗(yàn)工作 (生產(chǎn)/ 供應(yīng)商)
? Product improvement(DTC= design to cost) with suppliers, other plants and production
與生產(chǎn)及其他供應(yīng)商或者工廠合作，進(jìn)行基于成本的設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化
? Close cooperation with head of engineering, local supplier, customers and production
與總部工程師團(tuán)隊(duì)緊密合作，并保持與本地供應(yīng)商、客戶(hù)和生產(chǎn)的牢固合作關(guān)系
? Environment, Health and Security (EHS) related tasks. Seriously implement position operational rules and ensure security based on national and local EHS related laws and regulations, Siemens headquarters and SEDL’ procedures; Ensure product design accord with related EHS standard and requirements

What do I need to qualify for this job?

? Bachelor Degree or above; Major in mechanical;
本科及以上學(xué)位，機(jī)械相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)
? 1-3 years experience in mechanical design and multi-national work experience, good at Teamcenter+ UG NX application
1-3年的機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn), 具有跨國(guó)團(tuán)隊(duì)合作經(jīng)驗(yàn), 熟練應(yīng)用Teamcenter 及UG NX
? Master geometrical tolerance management for large components
掌握大型構(gòu)件的尺寸鏈計(jì)算及公差分析
? Master metal welding technology and material technology
掌握一定的焊接技術(shù)及工程材料應(yīng)用知識(shí)
? Familiar with QM-Tools (e.g. DFMEA, PFMEA,…)
熟悉質(zhì)量管理工具(如：DFMEA, PFMEA,…)
? Fluent English in speaking and writing
流利的英文聽(tīng)寫(xiě)能力
