職責(zé)描述:
?Delivering technique support to customer via marketing activities, such as road-show, exhibition, forum/seminar, workshop, and customer visits;
?Customized customer technique trainings (internal/external);
?Coordinate trouble shooting during installation, commissioning
?Setting up demonstration system for product and system functions for electronics OEM.
?Knowledge management, such FAQ
?Support developing OEM relationships by working with and supporting Account Sales efforts to gain account control at all levels. Lead or contribute to the sales process to win key customers by providing industry knowledge or technical/application expertise.
?Develop and lead execution of the company’s sales strategy. Provide sales mentoring expertise to sales offices. This mentoring will include sales calling on customers’ senior managers, and coordinating Business Value reviews and TCO analysis of target customers.
?Develop and nurture relationships with key industry leaders (trade organizations, regulatory agencies, consultants, trade press, etc) to enhance the company’s position in the market. Provide impetus, guidance and leadership in promoting application success stories in major trade publications, industry specific papers and internal vehicles. Acquire global application knowledge and disseminate through the organization.
?Lead the creation, development and implementation of Commercial Initiatives that link business drivers to the market.
?Develop and implement industry specific seminars to support the dissemination of the Siemens solutions.
?Responsible for sharing OEM Successes with key accounts
任職要求:
?Bachelor degree or above and major in automation, mechanical, instrumentation or electrical engineering etc;
?Minimum 3 years experience in automation industry or electronics related company, familiar with Siemens PLC, HMI, drives or electronics equipment will be treated as value add;
?Related Siemens SIMATIC knowledge and application experiences.
?Strong communication and interpersonal skill(Chinese/English);
?Able to travel frequently in China and abroad (German).
