職位描述
目的:
在指定的銷售區(qū)域內(nèi)增加和提升銷售數(shù)字,包括執(zhí)行銷售策略和市場(chǎng)活動(dòng)計(jì)劃,達(dá)到公司銷售金額和利潤(rùn)指標(biāo)。
主要工作范圍和職責(zé):
- 在分配的區(qū)域內(nèi),提高銷售和服務(wù)的專注度,執(zhí)行銷售計(jì)劃和策略。
- 管理區(qū)域內(nèi)現(xiàn)有經(jīng)銷商,提升經(jīng)銷商專業(yè)能力,以增加現(xiàn)有經(jīng)銷商相應(yīng)的銷售額和利潤(rùn)。
- 開發(fā)新的經(jīng)銷商和或者拓展新的渠道,達(dá)到銷售額和利潤(rùn)率的增長(zhǎng)目標(biāo)提供精準(zhǔn)的銷售預(yù)測(cè)和計(jì)劃,
- 跟銷售計(jì)劃和物流部門一起來確保庫存的優(yōu)化,跟財(cái)務(wù)部門合作,來確??蛻舻膽?yīng)收帳款及時(shí)回款
- 在高級(jí)銷售代表的支持下,在所負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域進(jìn)行市場(chǎng)信息收集統(tǒng)計(jì)和分析,以協(xié)助富世華集團(tuán)的業(yè)務(wù)增長(zhǎng)目標(biāo)
- 上級(jí)主管安排的其他工作任務(wù)
要求:
- 相關(guān)的教育或者工作背景 (大?;蛞陨蠈W(xué)歷), 最好有工科,機(jī)械或者工程類專業(yè)背景。..
- 普通話流利
- 商務(wù)英語基本讀寫能力,最好能簡(jiǎn)單會(huì)話
- 優(yōu)秀的銷售和業(yè)務(wù)開發(fā)能力
