1.負責(zé)員工培訓(xùn)工作：制定員工培訓(xùn)計劃，負責(zé)新員工培訓(xùn)課件的編寫，并作為培訓(xùn)師定期進行新員工入職培訓(xùn)。了解公司不同發(fā)展階段的培訓(xùn)需求，做好外部培訓(xùn)資源的積累與整合；
2.負責(zé)人力資源管理制度的制定與培訓(xùn)，并督促執(zhí)行過程；
3.負責(zé)各類人力資源數(shù)據(jù)的匯總，并做好初步分析；
4.員工關(guān)系處理；
5.其他人事工作。
任職資格：
1.全日制本科以上學(xué)歷，相關(guān)經(jīng)歷3年以上；
2.良好的溝通能力與親和力；
3.與職位匹配的工作責(zé)任心與工作熱情。
