職責(zé)描述：
Responsibility
1. Managing IQC inspection team and training inspector the material criteria and operation skills. (day/day Ops)
管理IQC來(lái)料檢驗(yàn)團(tuán)隊(duì)，指導(dǎo)來(lái)料檢驗(yàn)工作，并培訓(xùn)檢驗(yàn)員物料標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及檢驗(yàn)操作技能。
2. Establish and update the IQC inspection criteria, material test method, and develop and setup the reflect test inspection tools, fixture and test gages. (Standards, Tools & Gages)
建立和定期更新IQC檢驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、物料測(cè)試方法，并開發(fā)和建立相應(yīng)的來(lái)料檢驗(yàn)夾具、測(cè)試治具。
3. Supplier parts complain/ claim and supplier debits, including non-PPAP parts, IQC reject parts, production reject parts, warranty return reject parts etc. (NCMR, Supplier 8D, Credit Note)
投訴供應(yīng)商物料及懲罰供應(yīng)商，包含有非量產(chǎn)物料，來(lái)料不良物料，生產(chǎn)不良物料，市場(chǎng)退貨不良物料等。
4. Supplier material dispositions, i.e. sort, rework, RTV, UAI etc.
供應(yīng)商物料的處置，例如篩選，返工，退貨，正常使用等。
5. Deviation supplier material, organize MRB review to reduce cost including old d/c parts, over shelf life parts, MPN mismatch parts, old version parts. (IPP deviation and MRB review)
特采供應(yīng)商物料，織MRB會(huì)議評(píng)審并降低報(bào)廢成包括過(guò)期物料，制造商料號(hào)不符物料，老版本物料等。
6. Suppliers 8D follow up, supplier process audit and verify the effectiveness of supplier root cause and corrective action. (Supplier 8D)
供應(yīng)商8D報(bào)告的跟蹤，供應(yīng)商過(guò)程審核及驗(yàn)證供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量問(wèn)題的根本原因和糾正措施的有效性。
7. Supplier reoccurrence prevention, generate and collect reflect ISSUE/ NCMR/ CAR/ SRIPP data (Repeat NCMR, CAR)
供應(yīng)商重復(fù)發(fā)生質(zhì)量問(wèn)題的預(yù)防，建立和收集供應(yīng)商的ISSUE/ NCMR/ CAR/ SRIPP數(shù)據(jù)。
8. Monitor supplier performance and worst supplier performance including supplier DPPM/ Scorecards/ Scrap cost etc. (Supplier Scorecards, PPM)
監(jiān)視供應(yīng)商績(jī)效和最差供應(yīng)商包括：供應(yīng)商DPPM/Scorecards/Scrap Cost等。
9. New Project involvement, initial IQC WI, develop gages, set up boundary samples and issue sampling plan.
參與公司新項(xiàng)目，指定新項(xiàng)目的來(lái)料作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書，開發(fā)治具，建立限制樣品和編寫抽樣計(jì)劃。
10. Support SDE PPAP and verify/ measure supplier mechanical parts dimension.
支持供應(yīng)商開發(fā)工程師PPAP工作，驗(yàn)證和測(cè)量供應(yīng)商機(jī)構(gòu)件尺寸。
11. Support Project – DV/ PV build material inspection and review supplier SPAR.
支持新項(xiàng)目的開發(fā)，DV/PV生產(chǎn)物料檢查及供應(yīng)商PPAP狀況評(píng)審。
12. Participate in internal quality circle and Kaizen improvement activities.
參與公司內(nèi)部Quality Circle/Kaizen和持續(xù)改進(jìn)工作。
13. Other task as assigned by the Quality Manager.
質(zhì)量經(jīng)理安排的其他工作。

Requirements:
1. Good integrity, honest and good communication skill;
誠(chéng)信，誠(chéng)實(shí)，并具備良好的溝通技巧;
2. Quick learning, good English ability, Microsoft office skill;
學(xué)習(xí)能力強(qiáng)，良好的英語(yǔ)表達(dá)能力，熟悉辦公系統(tǒng);
3. Can work in high pressure;
能夠成熟處理工作中產(chǎn)生的壓力;
4. Self-motivated, result oriented.
自我激勵(lì)，結(jié)果導(dǎo)向。

Education and skill requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering with 5 years related experience.
電子工程相關(guān)專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷，5年相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);
2. Knowledge of automotive quality system TS16949
了解TS16949汽車質(zhì)量體系;
3. Excellent team work spirit & communication ability.
優(yōu)秀的團(tuán)隊(duì)工作精神及溝通能力;
4. Rich skill in 5 tools of APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA & MSA.
擁有APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA & MSA五大工具技能;
5. At least 2 years+ experience in automotive or electronics.
2年以上汽車電子行業(yè)或者電子制造行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn);
6. Fluent English both in writing and speaking is a must
