崗位職責(zé)：
1.負(fù)責(zé)SCHMALZ真空搬運(yùn)系統(tǒng)在廣州、佛山地區(qū)的市場戰(zhàn)略和客戶維護(hù)及開發(fā)；
2.負(fù)責(zé)SCHMALZ真空搬運(yùn)系統(tǒng)在食品、醫(yī)藥及日化行業(yè)的市場開發(fā)和美譽(yù)度的提升；
3.提高SCHMALZ真空搬運(yùn)系統(tǒng)在華南地區(qū)的市場占有率，并完成銷售增長；
4.收集市場及客戶信息，進(jìn)行分析過濾和總結(jié)，分析競爭對手及市場競爭格局，進(jìn)而實(shí)施系列市場及銷售策略，完成既定目標(biāo)；
5.反饋需求到公司及德國總部，以獲得更多支持和資源投入；
崗位要求：
1.本科及以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械類、市場營銷類相關(guān)專業(yè)；
2.具備良好的英語聽、說、讀、寫能力；
3.3年以上國際公司工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，具備豐富的物料搬運(yùn)技術(shù)及市場知識(shí)；
4.熟悉國內(nèi)行業(yè)及客戶的技術(shù)需求及發(fā)展趨勢，有自身獨(dú)到的理解和認(rèn)識(shí)；
5.能適應(yīng)經(jīng)常出差，高度客戶導(dǎo)向；
6.熱愛銷售工作，思維敏捷，具有大客戶及項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
7.溝通能力強(qiáng)，能夠進(jìn)行跨文化交流協(xié)作；
8.積極、樂觀、堅(jiān)韌，能夠承受壓力。

Job Description
1.Responsible for the business development of Schmalz vacuum manual handling system in South of China.
2.Promote the products in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries and improve the reputation of Schmalz.
3.Realize the growth plan and increase the market share in South of China.
4.Collect target market and customer information, summarize, filter and feedback the industry knowledge, make the analysis of competitors and industry development trend.
5.Feedback the market demand to the company and German headcounter to get supports and resource.
Job Requirements
1.Bachelor or above education degree, engineering and technical background is required.
2.Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
3.Over 3 years working experience in an international environment, improved successful experience in material handling field.
4.Familiar with the technical conditions and demand development of domestic metal, glass and plastic industry with deep understanding and knowledge.
5.Frequent business trip is necessary, customer orientated.
6.Love sales work, smart mind and with the experience of key account developing and project management.
7.Strong communication skill, good at culture crossing cooperation.
8.Dynamic, optimistic, tenacious, can bear the working pressure.
