崗位職責(zé)：
1.負(fù)責(zé)真空系統(tǒng)的機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)；
2.負(fù)責(zé)和客戶(hù)溝通設(shè)計(jì)要求，提供解決方案；
3.負(fù)責(zé)分析客戶(hù)提供的產(chǎn)品信息及資料，并完成負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)備零件的3D及2D圖紙?jiān)O(shè)計(jì)；
4.參與設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)審，并提出機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)部分的修改建議；
5.主要機(jī)械相關(guān)性能的設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量保證；
6.負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)計(jì)圖紙的文件存檔及更新；
7.負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程或者現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工程師反饋的重大異常的處理；
8.負(fù)責(zé)新技術(shù)的探索及應(yīng)用；
9.負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)程中的各項(xiàng)協(xié)調(diào)事宜，消除內(nèi)、外部的不暢環(huán)節(jié)。
崗位要求：
1.本科及以上學(xué)歷，工程技術(shù)專(zhuān)業(yè)背景，有在德國(guó)學(xué)習(xí)和工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)更佳；
2.至少3年機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)（非標(biāo)自動(dòng)化設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì)）工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
3.熟練運(yùn)用Solidworks，Auto CAD等制圖軟件，熟悉OFFICE等辦公軟件；
4.熟悉氣動(dòng)元?dú)饧ㄩy、氣缸等）的應(yīng)用；
5.熟悉機(jī)械加工工藝，在機(jī)械傳動(dòng)、機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)、電氣控制方面具有設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
6.英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、讀、寫(xiě)流利；
7.具有項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
Job Description:
1.Handling project and order-specific designs of steel structure and gripper.
2.Creation of complete drawing sets including parts lists.
3.Design according to order design checklist.
4.Observance of technical and legal guidelines, standards and regulations to the best of your knowledge and belief.
5.Observance of the Schmalz design guidelines.
6.Creation of appropriate, technically correct designs by the deadlines set.
7.Completion of ongoing general design tasks as instructed by your supervisor.
8.Correct assignment of part numbers and creation of new parts/assemblies in PLM and ERP.
9.Working with the CAD, PLM, Solidworks, MS Office.
Job Requirements:
1.Degree from a technical university (equivalent to a bachelor’s degree) in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
2.Professional experience/experience in design (at least three years) in the field of plant engineering/mechanical engineering.
3.Knowledge of foreign languages (fluent English, German is optional).
4.Very good 3D CAD skills (SolidWorks).
5.Experience with PLM and ERP.
6.Knowledge of structural engineering, pneumatics, calculating manufacturing costs.
7.Ability to quickly acquire new technical skills.
8.Independent, reliable and conscientious work.
9.Project management experience is preferred.
