職責(zé)描述：
Area of Responsibilities:
1.Production Preparation: Production preparation of new product, including process/fixture/layout/SW design and quotation baased on R&D requirements; Make production preparation for assembly products according to design requirement; Design the layout and fixture needed; Calculate the working hour per the engineering process and provide the BMC data
2.Engineering process: Responsibily for engineering assembly/machining process, such as process document, SAP main data,ECR; Handle new product introduction project into normal production;
3.Quality control: Problemsolving during the process by quality tools to guarantee an on-time-delivery; Find the rootcauses and take effective measures to avoid repeated quality issues; Analyze customer complaint and define effective CAPA; Organize continous improvement for quality optimization;
4.Know-how sharing: Build up and maintenance the know-how sharing platform to others;
5.DBS Kaizen Involvement: Participate DBS workshops to learn various DBS tools; Apply the tools in daily work to improve continously the engineering process/ quality with various DBS tools to achieve better customer satisfaction
6.Operator Training: Technical coach and support to production line and operator training.

1.University or above
2.5 years above relevant working experience
3.PRO E and Auto CAD experience
4.Excellent knowledge of mechanical assembly/machining processing
5.Lean knowledge will be prefer
6.Production/Engineering background, understand relevant product
7.Good communication skill
8.Good problem-solving skill
9.Proficient with LEAN tools practice
10.Good team player
11.Fluent oral&reading English
12.Computer level: Proficient with Word, Excel
