Machine tester is a critical position within machines manufacturing team, and it is important for a tester to verify, tune the machine to make sure it is conforming to all safety standards while the performance and functions are meeting requirement from design and customer expectation.
It is also key for a tester to follow guidelines and checklist to conduct work and make sure the job is delivered within the required time frame and maintaining the highest quality. Another critical part of this job is asking the candidate to be highly self-disciplined and paying attention to very details.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
?Safety test/confirmation for a new machine
?Tune the machine performance to be within spec
?Confirm and verify the customer specials
?Troubleshooting common problems during machine testing
?Assist in the preparation of procedural documentation and checklists, gather performance data and keep test records
?Fulfill performance objectives agreed with team leader during annual performance review

JOB RELATED COMPETENCIES:
?Comprehensive knowledge of electrical, hydraulic and mechanical. Able to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic and mechanical drawings.
?Ability to read English instructions, write English E-mails, and conduct basic English communication;
?Know and use well Microsoft office applications

QUALIFICATIONS:
?Junior college or university degree in relevant field and/or relevant work experience
?1-3 years’ experience as testers or service in injection molding industry and/or relevant work experience
