職位描述
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and managing marketing programs and campaigns for digital channels and platforms to grow customer base and drive sales.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Plan, develop, and manage digital marketing programs and campaigns for online platform strategy to grow customer base and drive sales
2. Manage and execute digital marketing plans and programs from partnership projects with close collaboration with partners
3. Identify customer demands and execute tactics through collaboration with SEM/SEO and social media, or other emerging digital platforms to optimize programs and campaigns to increase conversion rate
4. Cooperate with the content editor/vendor to create attractive written and visual content for the products
5. Work closely with operation teams(e.g. legal/compliance/finance) for necessary support
6. Other task assigned by line manager
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, 5+ years online marketing/advertisement experience across media in China market
2. Deep knowledge of ecommerce/internet dynamics and media landscape
3. Excellent project management experience, with good ability to lead and handle multiple time-sensitive projects on deadline
4. Experience in communicating with all levels of staff
5. Channel and/or partnership marketing experience is desirable
6. Strong communication and presentation skills
7. Self-driven and energetic team player with a strong entrepreneurship spirit
8. Proficient English/Chinese verbal and writing skills
9. Strong negotiation, facilitation and influencing skills
10. Strong business Acumen
