教育背景
機(jī)械、汽車、電子類大專以上學(xué)歷Associate degree or above in metal material, mechanical, automotive, electronica engineering.
工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
四年以上汽車制造業(yè)質(zhì)量工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)Over 4 years experience in quality control in Automotive.
技能技巧
? 有供應(yīng)商、生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場質(zhì)量控制經(jīng)驗(yàn)和新項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)Experience in supplier and production line quality control. Experience in new project management.
? 熟悉ISO9000、QS9000、VDA6.1或TS16949質(zhì)量體系Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9000 , QS 9000 VDA6.1 or TS16949
? 了解ISO14001環(huán)境管理體系及OHSAS18001職業(yè)、安全和健康體系Knowledge of environment standard ISO14001, Occupational Safety and Health standard OHSAS 18001
? 有供應(yīng)商管理、評(píng)審經(jīng)驗(yàn)Experience in supplier management and auditing.
? 熟悉APQP，F(xiàn)MEA，MSA，SPC、8D等質(zhì)量工具Familiar with Quality Management tools such as APQP,FMEA,MSA,SPC,8D tools
? 較強(qiáng)分析、協(xié)調(diào)能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神、英語良好Good analysis, communication, team working and interpersonal skills. Good English

Responsibilities：
? 執(zhí)行潛在供應(yīng)商審核，跟蹤審核并關(guān)閉不符合項(xiàng)；Implementation of potential supplier audit and follow-up audit till all major and minor findings close.
? 支持前期量產(chǎn)供應(yīng)商選擇；Supporting supplier selection for new component development at the early stage of project.
? 參與供應(yīng)商TFC 和 合同評(píng)審Participate TFC and Contract Review meeting to identify potential supplier risks
? 按照ASM,定義CLD并執(zhí)行必要的供應(yīng)商過程開發(fā)審核，如供應(yīng)商生產(chǎn)線PPAP試生產(chǎn)和節(jié)拍生產(chǎn)審核等。Responsible to define CLD according to ASM, implement necessary audit to supplier process at different phase, such as PPAP trial run, run at rate etc.
? 按照定義的頻次定期跟蹤供應(yīng)商APQP進(jìn)程，確保供應(yīng)商零件開發(fā)的進(jìn)度和質(zhì)量滿足Autoliv要求；According to defined frequency in CR to track and check supplier APQP progress and ensure supplier can meet Autoliv requirements both on component quality and on timing plan control.
? 定義供應(yīng)商PPAP遞交等級(jí)及內(nèi)容，審核驗(yàn)證供應(yīng)商PPAP,確保供應(yīng)商PPAP正確批準(zhǔn)； Define the level of PPAP submission and content details, perform PPAP validation and assure supplier PPAP to be approved correctly. 執(zhí)行Run at Rate
? 和供應(yīng)商生產(chǎn)早期生產(chǎn)遏制（AS412-IIP）Perform run at rate and early containment of supplier production as per ASM.
? 跟蹤、解決前期開發(fā)過程中（直到SOP+90days）供應(yīng)商產(chǎn)品所出現(xiàn)的問題。Responsible for supplier problem solving process before PPAP moves to plant.
