Job Description:
1.Manages CQS and the collaboration between relevant CQSs as well as coordinates with the manufacturing plants.
2.Customer interface follow-up regarding on-time responsiveness and quality of response with focus on major customer issued problem solving requests. Champion of customer supplier ratings on quality and delivery. Fluent in customer databases.
3.Participates in monthly executive review of customer scorecard ratings.
4.Has entire knowledge of customer specific quality requirements and makes the organization work accordingly with training of divisional CQM, CQE and CQS. Provides audit requirements.
5.Represents Autoliv management level on customer demand in quality issues, for example high level meetings, customer’s Critical Concern Committee etc.
6.Coordinates plant support at customer for SOP when multiple ALV plants are involved. Defines on-site customer support for all major launches. Monitors the quality of the launches at Customer.
7.Supports ALV plants for customer audits and critical customer audits . Shares any findings with other applicable ALV plants.
8.Supports sign-off of customer warranty agreement. Supports negotiations of warranty costs. Coordinates warranty improvement. Monitors warranty related emerging concerns and coordinate warranty improvement.
9.Coordinate plant support at OEM for SOP when multiple ALV plants are involved
10.Follow up NCE progress and regularly review in biweekly meeting.
11.Output biweekly customer quality report and monthly CQM report.
12.Standard work flow creation and lead workshop to do improvement activity.
13.Support other tasks assigned by line manager.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above on Mechanical or Automobile professional
2.Five years automotive industry experience in customer communication and cooperation, priority for the people who ever in charge of Hyundai & KIA customer
3.Related to the quality experience
4.Good English and Korean communication skill & coordination skill
5.Problem solving skill
6.Can apply quality tool
