1、熟悉送配電項目各工程階段的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計施工安裝 （如送配電塔及塔基， 輸變電結(jié)構(gòu)及基礎(chǔ)），能獨立完成必需的設(shè)計文件、規(guī)范書；
2、能透徹理解項目業(yè)主的專業(yè)工作要求，并能獨立制定工作計劃；
3、能明確工作范圍及接口信息；
4、善于學(xué)習(xí)和更新觀念，能有效地把握專業(yè)內(nèi)的新技術(shù)新設(shè)備；
任職要求：
1、土木結(jié)構(gòu)或相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷。擔(dān)任過國外輸電線大型工程設(shè)計的專業(yè)負(fù)責(zé)人尤佳；
2、5年及以上送配電結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計或相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗；
3、熟練運用PLS-CADD者優(yōu)先；
4、熟練使用IPLS-TOWER及PLS-POLE軟件；
5、了解國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（IEC60826,ASCE10-97,EN50341等）者優(yōu)先；
6、熟練使用英語進(jìn)行聽、說、讀、寫；
7、能適應(yīng)團隊工作，保持良好的人際關(guān)系；
8、能承擔(dān)必要的工作壓力。
